Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) is a spice native to Indonesia. It has been used since the 17th century for various uses in cooking spices, medicines, and others. Nutmeg grades are divided into : Nutmeg without shell ( ABCD, SS, BWP ) and Nutmeg whole with shell.
